COCKTAIL CONCOCTION: SWAMP APE FIZZ

Fill a rocks glass with ice. Pour in the following:

2oz Bourbon

1oz Cider

1oz Soda

Dash of Bitters

We wanted to make something a Sasquatch could love! A bit sweet, a little spicy, with earthy notes from the cider - this Swamp Ape Fizz is sure to be a hit at your next 'squatch hangout.
